From working with cub scouts to bicycling to raise money for a local homeless shelter, David is committed not just to help others to understand real estate, but also to an active role in the community.

Giving back

Veteran real estate investor and appraiser David Kilty started Kilty & Company in 1998 after spending 11 years in training with leading appraisers and real estate professionals in the Denver area. Since he launched Kilty & Company, the company has experienced steady growth. Today, David and his assisting team manage a wide variety of valuation assignments for lenders, attorneys, condemning authorities, real estate agents and individuals.
